The Nairaland landlord’s three-act play
Read it again slowly, because chicfarmer did not just reply — he delivered a full three-act Nollywood production. Act one: the quit notice, served hot. Act two: the tenant returns with a begging delegation, elders and all. Act three, the plot twist: the landlord “pities” him and graciously takes over the man’s own side of the house. Conflict resolved. Everybody has learnt a lesson.
